We first achieved the coveted Investors in People Award in 2001, and are were recently successfully reviewed in January 2007. A copy of this report is available upon request.

We always invite feedback from residents and their family and friends, as to how we can constantly improve our services.

As part of our annual Quality Assurance Programme, residents, their relatives, staff and visiting professionals are invited to tender their views on what we do at East Park. All feedback is welcome, as we like to know what we are doing well, and where we need to improve.

We always invite family and friends to join us during our annual announced inspection, so that they can present their views directly to the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales.
