East Park Care Centre, located in Jeffreyston, Pembrokeshire, opened in 1984 under the direction of Mrs Leitch, when she cared for 4 people. The Centre now cares for a total of 21 people who are either elderly, physically disabled and/or have slight learning difficulties or brain injuries. We offer both long and short term stays.
Our primary aim is for each resident to live the kind of life they would expect to live at home, whilst at the same time providing them with care, support and security as well as the opportunity for development as required. We treat all our residents as individuals, showing them the respect and dignity that they deserve and that should be afforded to them at all times.
East Park also operates an open door policy allowing visits from friends and relatives at all times for the greatest possible convenience for our residents.
